This Privacy Policy governs the privacy practices for mobile applications and games—including Void Vector and SuppTrack (collectively, the "Applications")—developed, published, or distributed by Creative Consult Ltd.

We take your privacy seriously. This document outlines our policy regarding the collection, use, local storage, and disclosure of information when you use our Applications.

1. Collection of Personal Information

We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal or health data on external servers whatsoever.

When you download, install, and use our Applications, we do not require you to register an account, log in, or provide any personal details (such as your name, email address, physical address, age, gender, or phone number).

2. Local On-Device Data Storage & User Control (SuppTrack)

For utility and health-tracking Applications such as SuppTrack (com.creativeconsult.supptrack), all information you enter—including supplement names, custom stacks, dosing schedules, intake adherence logs, inventory counts, and wellness check-ins—is stored 100% locally on your device.

  • Zero Cloud Transmission: Creative Consult Ltd never has access to your supplement regimens, schedules, or health logs.
  • User-Initiated Exports: Features that generate PDF reports, CSV spreadsheets, or JSON backups create those files locally on your device and only share them if you explicitly select a destination using your device's native share or file sheet.
  • Data Deletion: You retain complete control over your local data and can delete individual records, wipe all app data via the in-app Settings menu, or remove all data at any time by uninstalling the Application.

3. Device Permissions (Camera, Notifications & Biometrics)

Certain Applications may request optional device permissions strictly to perform local, on-device features:

  • Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): Used in SuppTrack solely when you choose to scan a supplement bottle or nutrition label. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is processed 100% locally on your device using on-device machine learning. Captured images are never uploaded, stored on external servers, or shared with third parties.
  • Exact Alarms & Notifications (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM, POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used strictly on-device to trigger local scheduled dose reminders at the exact times configured by the user.
  • Biometric Authentication (USE_BIOMETRIC): Used only if you enable the optional Biometric App Lock. Authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system; our Applications never access or store biometric data.

4. Collection of Non-Personal & Technical Data

Our Applications do not track, collect, or transmit any technical, device-specific, or behavioral information to external servers. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Device identification numbers (IMEI, UDID, MAC address, Advertising ID)
  • IP addresses or cellular network details
  • Device operating system version, brand, or model
  • Location data or GPS coordinates
  • Gameplay telemetry, usage statistics, or session analytics

5. Third-Party Services & Platform Backups

Our Applications do not integrate any third-party advertising platforms, behavioral trackers, or analytics SDKs that collect, monitor, or share your data.

If an Application uses native operating system services—such as Apple Game Center, Apple iCloud, Google Play Services, or Android Auto Backup—those interactions are managed entirely by Apple Inc. or Google LLC under their respective privacy policies. Creative Consult Ltd has no access to, nor control over, the data transmitted through these native platform services.

6. Children's Online Privacy Protection

Because our Applications collect zero information from users of any age, they are fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards. We do not knowingly collect, nor do we have the capacity to collect, any personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any modifications.
